Terms of Service

By using CrayonColoring you agree to these terms. The short version: be kind, don't abuse the free tier, and paid plans unlock commercial use.

The service

CrayonColoring generates printable coloring pages from text prompts using AI. Coloring pages are generated by the FLUX image model, accessed via fal.ai. Pages are provided as-is for personal, educational, and (on paid plans) commercial use as described below.

Free tier

• 5 free AI generations per calendar month, per browser, plus our free theme collections.
• Downloads include a small "Made with CrayonColoring.com" watermark.
• Personal use only — home, classroom, and family use is fine; selling or redistributing the pages (including in paid products, books, or print-on-demand) is not.

Paid plans and credit packs

• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) unlock unlimited generations without watermark.
• One-time credit packs add a fixed number of generations that never expire.
• Commercial license included: pages you generate while your subscription is active, or using pack credits, may be used commercially — including in products you sell (coloring books, printables, classroom materials).
• Activation is tied to the browser where you activate it (stored in localStorage). Clearing site data removes the activation; you can re-activate anytime with your purchase email.

Acceptable use

• Don't generate unlawful, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-redistribute the site or its theme collections.
• Don't attempt to bypass the quota, watermark, or activation systems.

Term and termination

These terms apply from the moment you start using CrayonColoring and remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Paid accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for a refund. You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the current paid period.

Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo (our Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime via the link in your purchase email or Waffo's customer portal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
