CrayonColoring ("we", "the site") is a free AI coloring page generator for kids and families. This policy explains what data we touch, where it goes, and what we never collect.

What we collect

• Prompts you type. The text you enter into the generator is first screened for content safety (by Waffo), then sent to our AI image provider, fal.ai, solely to create your coloring page. We do not store prompts on our servers.
• Email address (activation only). If you activate a purchase, the email you enter is sent to our server and used once to look up your order with our payment processor, Waffo. We do not store it.
• Nothing else. No accounts, no names, no tracking pixels, no analytics cookies.

Data stored on your device

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your free-generation usage, activated credits, and subscription status. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.

Your data rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request its deletion. In practice:

• We do not store your content on our servers. Your generation usage, credits, and activation status live only in your own browser's localStorage — clearing your browser's site data deletes them instantly and completely.
• Payment data is handled by Waffo. Card and billing details you enter at checkout are processed by Waffo (our Merchant of Record) under their security standards; they never touch our servers.
• Exercising your rights. Email support@crayoncoloring.com with your request — we respond within 30 days.

Third-party processors

• fal.ai — we send your prompt to fal.ai to generate the coloring page image, processed under fal.ai's privacy policy.
• Waffo (Waffo Pancake) — our Merchant of Record: it processes your payment details at checkout and performs a content-safety scan on your prompts before generation; we never see or store your payment details.

Children's privacy

The site is designed to be used by parents, teachers, and caregivers together with children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and no account or personal data is required to use the generator.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
