Refund Policy

Thanks for supporting CrayonColoring 💜 Here's how refunds work, in plain language. The rules differ a little between subscriptions and one-time credit packs — and if something ever goes wrong on our side, we'll always make it right.

Subscriptions (monthly & yearly)

• Cancel anytime — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Canceling simply stops the next renewal.
• The current billing period isn't refunded: you keep full access until the period you've already paid for ends, and nothing is charged after that.
• When the period ends, your account gently returns to the free tier (5 generations per month) — your pages and account stay exactly as they were.

One-time credit packs

• Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly to your account the moment payment completes. Because they can't really be "returned", all sales are final and we're not able to offer refunds on them.
• The good news: credits never expire, so you can use them whenever inspiration strikes — next week or next year.

If something went wrong (we've got you)

The "all sales final" rule never applies to problems on our side. If you hit a technical issue — for example a duplicate charge, or a payment that went through but the credits or subscription never showed up — email us at support@crayoncoloring.com no matter when the purchase was. Once we've verified the issue, we'll issue a manual refund in full.

How to reach us

• Email support@crayoncoloring.com from the address you used at checkout (or just include it in your message).
• Pop in the order date or the receipt number from your purchase email.
• That's it — no forms, no interrogation.

What happens after a refund is approved

• Refunds are processed through Waffo, our payment partner, back to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
• If a refunded credit pack still had unused credits, those are removed when the refund completes — used credits are never taken back.
