Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may not create with CrayonColoring. It is part of our Terms of Service. CrayonColoring is a product for children and families — we enforce these rules strictly.

Prohibited content

You may not use CrayonColoring to generate, or attempt to generate, content that is:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW — sexual, erotic, nude, or otherwise adult-oriented content of any kind.
• Violent or gory — graphic violence, blood, torture, or cruelty toward people or animals.
• Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar characteristic.
• Unsafe for children — any content that sexualizes minors, exploits or endangers children, or is otherwise inappropriate for a children's product. No exceptions.
• Deepfakes or impersonation — realistic depictions of real people, whether public figures or private individuals, including attempts to impersonate them.
• Copyright or trademark infringement — content that copies protected intellectual property, including well-known cartoon and media characters (for example Disney, Marvel, Pokémon, or Sanrio characters), brand logos, and trademarked designs.

Enforcement

We may block prohibited prompts, remove generated content, and suspend or terminate access for users who violate this policy — with or without notice. As stated in our Terms of Service, paid accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for a refund. Where required by law, we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

Content moderation

We enforce this policy through automated content filtering provided by our AI service providers, combined with manual spot checks of generated pages. No automated system is perfect — if something inappropriate slips through, we want to know about it.

Reporting violations

If you see content on CrayonColoring that violates this policy, please report it to support@crayoncoloring.com. We review every report and act on valid ones promptly.
